MidMade LEX 30 3-Section Folding Timber Loft Ladder 670 

The MidMade LEX30 loft ladder is manufactured from Scandinavian coniferous wood, and combines the highest level of access safety with sophisticated design. MidMade loft ladders are the product of choice in high-end residential and commercial properties throughout Europe.

Delivered ready to assemble with a complete frame as well as detailed assembly instructions with pictures. The 30mm insulated trap door is painted with a white base coat. Spring balanced trap door with recessed sealing lock, easy to maneuver with opening handle and sealed with a sealing strip to prevent heat loss and downward draughts. Wooden 3-part folding stepladder that fits on to the hatch door when folded, no loft clearance required. The protective pads included are to be attached to the bottom of the ladder after adjusting the ladder length. The face of the trap door can be covered with timber paneling etc. to blend in with your present decoration as the hinges are concealed.
