Timber Tradition Folding Loft Ladder 700 

Tradition Timber Loft Ladder comes in two sizes, allowing the frame to be fitted into either a 600 or a 700mm wide opening (1200mm length required) , making it suitable for most houses. It also suits ceiling heights of up to 3.1m (with optional extension piece), and has a safety handrail as an optional extra.
