MidMade LUX A1120 3-Section Folding Timber Loft Ladder 570 

The MidMade LUX loft ladder is one of our most luxurious models, for those who wants that something extra, both in function and appearance.

Delivered fully assembled and ready to fit with detailed instructions and pictures. Constructed for easy installation with architrave frame, pre-drilled assembly holes and fitting springs at the front and at the back. Gas piston balanced trap door with an espagnolette lock with two bolts, very easy to manoeuvre with opening handle. Trap door is sealed to prevent heat loss and draught. The trap door has an elegant architrave, is surface treated in matt white finish and is insulated with 50 mm polystyrene insulation. The LUX is available in either wood or in aluminium. Both fit on to the hatch door when folded and no loft clearance is required. The included protective pads are to be attached after adjusting the ladder length.
